Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films are still attached to the hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the generated return label and securely attach it to the outside of the original shipping carton, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Tracking

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed by our logistics team.
